If you already are working with composites and thermoforming, our proprietary software can convert your CAD file into an optimal tailored blank shape, then create the tool paths for the RELAY™ (Rapid and Efficient Layup) Station to rapidly produce prototype parts. So, if you are currently using sheet goods in your process, contact us to reduce your costs and increase the structural performance of your products.
If you aren't yet thermoforming and want to learn more, the Company maintains a complete in-house Fiberforge cell to produce demonstration, prototype, and short-run production parts.
For our OEM customers, Fiberforge will provide your Company with a turnkey RELAY™ System to operate under exclusive license for your core strategic markets.
